Evangelical Outreach Our Evangelical Outreach program ministers to the local community with their annual silent lawn portrayals of the Nativity and the Last Supper. This group was also the sponsor of a stirring tent-revival service held on the church grounds. They are the authors of our most recent church information brochure which was distributed to the surrounding community as an open invitation to join us for worship. We also enjoy our participation in providing a hot meal for the local warming shelter. Once a month, a group gets together at the church to prepare a large, filling meal of beef stew, bread, fruit and vegetables and sandwiches. Later, it is transported to the shelter and served by other members of the congregation, including some of the youth, who sign up to be a part of this wonderful community service. |
